Adult Website - Upsell?

I have a small adult website with a friend of mine.
We get a new girl every week, she does a solo show by herself and with objects. Does the whole striptease thing, you name it. We charge $24.99/month, and have about 500ish people who do the monthly subscription.

We want to increase our sales and came up with something...
We want to do up sells.

Which means that when a person signs up for the $24.99/month, they have other "check marks" on what they want to receive as an extra.

A DVD sent home for an extra $9.99
A Poster sent home for an extra $12.99
A picture of the model writing on her breast whatever you want for $7.99

So my question is a 2 part question.

The first one is, what else can we add to the list?

And the second question (more important one) is when they do the checkout, should all the option be already checked out, and the price will be $50+/month, and if they don't like it, they can cross it out, or should it be at $24.99, and if they want to.. they can add more?

So either
A) Have everything selected at $50ish, and they unselect if they want to
or
B) Have everything deselect it at $24.99 and they select if they want it


We'll be doing split testing for both.
But wondering what might work better so we can try it first.

I would go with Option B, but have an intermediate page in the checkout that says "WOULD YOU ALSO BE INTERESTED IN...", that way they're forced to look at it.

Option A is just asking for unnecessary charge backs, unfortunately.

I would think option b, but split testing is obviously the way to go. You also might want to consider another test with a trial membership of some kind and seeing how the rebills work out for you. Just a thought.

Like negligence says: worry more about getting that initial commitment and then up/cross-sell like crazy on a second page and inside the members area.

From what I've heard with recent FTC regulations kicking in, up-selling without a reconfirmation, or without user choice in manually selecting the up sold packages, can land you in a fair spot of trouble.

Why not try this,

1) Split test $24.99 for the regular deal, and $50 for the whole thing, on an A/B equality level. So, 100 visitors sent to page A, 100 to page B, who ultimately puts more net profit in your pocket.

2) Start it off with $50, and then have a clear option for them to be down sold to the regular deal.

In my opinion, 2 sounds like the sweetest way to go.

EDIT: Also, David's got some good ideas. Think about more up-sells you can offer them, and while you're at it, why not pay with price, and find the right point of volume x price where you're effecting the jingling coins/dollar bills in your pockets the most.

If you have 50 new subscribers a month each paying $24.99, why not try kick that up to $34.99 at which 36 sales would give you the same amount in $.

Yeah, solo is the easiest for us to find.
They also don't charge as much as they would for 2 girls, guy/girl, etc. And don't even get me started if you want to get into a certain fetish category like BDSM, etc. The cost of that is an arm and a leg. But I'm sure you know since you're on the shoots all day.
