Adult Web Masters Help Meeee!

Thank you for taking interest in this thread, i have deviated to the dark side two months ago lol and it sure brings in traffic alright but am not getting much of it though :\ . i was hoping you guys could clear some things up for me as i have just started my long journey of trial and errors and the insight of more experienced members would sure make things go alot smoother

so i started 2 months ago by 1 wordpress tube site was earnings like 5 cents a day in less than 3 weeks i think so i purchased 6 more domain names and published 4 of them and my earnings rose to like 20 cents per day .. till that moment i had 70 posts per website totaling 280 posts on all 4 websites so in the meanwhile i published 1200+ posts to each tube site, and it goes this way:

- first 70 posts on all websites were with original short description.
- websites started generating traffic in less then 10 days i think, not a single backlink was built.
- the 1200 posts were made with spinned short description ( by short i mean 20 - 30 keywords ).
- posts with spinned description ranked and generated traffic from google as well.
- am getting -1k+ UV every day on the 4 websites compined ( 4 tubes traffic per day = 1k )

i didn't bother with creating backlinks cause the manual work is a headache and i sadly can't afford to purchase any tool as of now.

Wanted to scale this up so badly so i went out on a buying frenzy and bought 20+ domain names that were on discount (gtlds) on the hope of setting them up as well and make some cents daily off of them. started by publishing 5 new tube sites this way:

- Each tube site was published with 2300 posts.
- No short description this time.
- URL and posts titles are seo optimized.
- Featured image is seo optimized.
- Tube titles targeted phrases that were performing well on my previously made ( Batch 1 ) tube sites.

am still waiting for the new batch of tube sites - the last 5 - to be indexed so i know if posting without description, with just optimized urls and post titles is enough to rank and if so, ooooh boy am going to be sooo rich XD.

General Stuff:

- i don't interlink posts on my pages. i think the tags, categories links does the job???
- i host my videos at openload and embed the videos.
- popads as the main source of income @ 30 cents per day now
- why am i telling you all this?? i dunno! so if i was messing something up you tell me i guess XD

so here are my questions:

- will my posts rank without description - yeah that felt stupid.. ehm let me re-phrase:
+ is it possible to rank for low competition ( like really low ) keywords with no text description at all? just optimizing the page title, url and featured image ( title and url ) ?

- how many posts you use to target the same keyword? i do it five times..

PS : i didn't link any tube website to any other i own, best performing website avg rank is 15 for 400+ search terms, second is 20is third and fourth are 40ish .. i would like to link them togather and i have some questions about that.

- The Competition ( the mofo currently on the throne ) is using banners to link to all his sites as in a link wheel.. his/her website has like 8 banner ads all linking to other domains he owns.. now i know some of you may say that is bad for seo, he is gonna get caught and stuff but am the guy is ranking well,
he owns the first page of google for dozen of terms with a one year old main money site [ yub pure envy ] . anyways i wanted to do that with my websites with no-follow photo banner links

- How to build more backlinks to my other websites? use a menu? create a page? link from a current post?

- is it best to target a million keyword [ just saying ] in a large website ( authority ) or be more specific and create a single niche website with maybe 5 - 10 releated keywords with 5 - 10 posts about each keyword?

- can anyone share with me a cool theme that accepts video embeds? that would be cool

- did any of you ranked before without bothering about web 2.0's and blog commenting and such?

- would set and forget work with tube sites?

Growing your tube with search engine traffic alone is going to be tough. You need bookmarkers who will keep coming back. You could also purchase traffic if you know how to trade traffic.

You either need to build a site with unique or hard to find videos or build one massive site with lots of videos and feed the traffic from smaller sites to this big site.

Adult is not easy anymore. You need to put lot more efforts to start seeing a decent profit.

so i thought i should create 1 major niche and 5 big niches within, each big niche targeting say 25 keywords in 1 tube < related keywords only >.. ex:

5 tubes for 1 niche ==> 25 tubes for 5 niches. all tiered and aiming at my money site/s?

How often do you update your tube sites?
Regular updates (new videos) does get people to come back to you site.

Even better is when you have script that auto update your site like this sample site:
a411porn .com

The script that made that site post new videos at set interval via cron job with no interaction necessary from webmaster.

2 Ways of creating tube sites:
1) Have one big general niche site with thousands of videos.
2) Target one specific adult niche per tube site and use banner ads related to your niche.
Example: no use to advertise penis enlargement gadgets on a lesbian tube site.
Having a banner that advertise dildos (or related female sex toys) will do much better on said lesbian tube site.
Also easier to rank niche specific adult tube sites than one big general adult site.

I have tried both ways and prefer 2nd option.


And one more tip:
You will be surprised how many visitor's are using things like adblocker on their browsers and are not even seeing
the banners & Pop-ups on you tube sites.
Use an adblocker detection script on your tube site. This increased my banner and pop-up clicks tremendously!

Alright let's use the Tube example. Let's say I want to start a Fetish porn tube. Here are some of the main steps I would take in my research and planning of my site.

-I'd go to The Porn Dude - Top Porn Sites List! and any other site with a list of tubes. I'd research on alexa the actual biggest tubes (i.e. porndude doesn't have youjizz etc). Create a master list of the biggest adult tubes. Then create a list of the biggest niche tubes.

- I'd visit each one and view them as a surfer. I'd make a list of what I liked and didn't like about each. Hell if you have to drop your pants and whip out your cock then do that. You need to really think and feel like the surfer. You have to BE the surfer.

- I'd visit the top tubes/sites in each niche category. I'd go through the same practise of viewing them as a surfer.

- I'd revisit all of the top sites and then start making notes as a website owner. What do I like about the design. What do i dislike. What would I change. What do i think works.

- I'd review the top niche sites. What elements do the best do better than the others? What do I think the reasons the top guys are the top guys. Is there anything being done on other tubes that hasn’t been applied to the Fetish Porn Tubes? Ie is Jamo.tv doing something in the asian market that i can use on my fetish tube.

- I’d create a list of the fetish free sites and visit them. Any recurring themes that seem to work or be popular.
- I’d create a list of communities in my niche/fetish and visit them. Get involved as a surfer. Research what is popular. Which sites are being linked to? What type of videos? Are most links going to general tubes or fetish tubes? If it’s not going to fetish tubes why not? Ads? popups?

Alright now you have data and some perspective on what is needed to compete. Start building your site. Try to implement the ideas you have. Once you’ve designed the site now review and compare your site to the top tubes. Ask yourself this question. If you are the surfer and you have the choice would you visit your site or Pornhub? Why? Why not? You have to build a site that is better than your competition. There is no point in launching a CopyCatCookieCutterTube.com. Those days are over. If you are going to launch something make it worthwhile. Make it the best. For your launch remove all advertising. Remove all popups. Do you think having an annoying popup will get a surfer to prefer your site over PornHub? You are in competition with every major tube. If you can’t compete and be better than them then don’t launch.

This method can be applied to every type of site. I use the tube example because that is the most common email I've received so far. So now I can simply direct them to this post and not reply the same thing again

Hi what script are you using for uploading that many videos ? I am considering WP-script but i am not sure yet.
