Adult sites 18+ dialog box

, I noticed that some adult sites like sex.com, luscious.net etc they do not have the 'Are you 18+? Yes/No' dialog when visiting their website. Is the 18+ warning dialog compulsory for all adult websites?

Not compulsory, But its good to get one, all my adult sites are on offshore servers, so I don't really care. Trust me no surfer give a shit about that message. When i was below 18 i used to click on "I am over 18".

In most cases NO. The website IP will be blocked by your telecommunication department so that no one access the website in their country.
