Adult site Journey

HI ALL,

I'm starting a new journey here and need some ideas and suggestions
on that.

my goal is to start a adult site, like forums. while planning
i got a little bit confused about hosting.

which type of hosting need to choose and which plan to choose.

as my budget is low. there are many sharing plans like

shared, Linux, dedicated...

and also there is a bandwidth and visitors limitations like
10k visitors or 10k bandwidth like that.

what if i get more visitors.. my site is getting down...

and also I'm from India, here porn sites are illegal, so how could i

do it. seeking for your valuable advice and ideas.
