Adult pay per call network

I've been in the adult niche for long but after the instagram update, i decided to move to twitter.

But I'm not impressed with the results i've seen so far.
Normally with instagram traffic, 1000+ hits generates me some $$ but with twitter, i hardly get clicks even when i get bunch of hits.

So I'm trying to use a pay per call network to test the traffic, let me know how it will go.

Anyone know a good pay per call network for adult?
