Adult Content on Facebook

I'm currently working with a sex toy distributor who wants to get a decent social media following .

I'm currently running all of his social media and twitter is sorta of doing it's own thing.

But I am having issues with getting a significant amount of facebook likes organically .

I'm currently at about 350 from 1 but the time it's taking is insane compared to other niches I'm in .

Does anyone have any suggestion on how I can increase likes and interaction for a adult toy niche?
