Hi ,
I want to start an adult website by copying content from adult famous network like pornhub , xvideos..etc , there is no problem with copyrights ? or if someone reports me ?

Thanks

make sure your disclaimer is clear and states that you do not own the content bla bla bla

Add all king of disclaimers and make sure that if anyone wants a video down from your site, they can contact you immediately. Do remove content everytime someone asks.
Noone is going to give a sh1t until your site starts to earn serious serious money.
worst advice ever...
Why so?

its not safe you should know what you do you will get dmca anyways and you need to know how to handle that. And not to forget that this is a niche where you deal with lots of people doing the same, blackhat only you won't compete with those easily. Not to mention that you nowadays need big traffic volumes to earn on adult, embedding or streaming niches.
Why you want to copy s.th that is already there in millions.

you should not ask this question here and go on a law website, you don't want to have troubles about this trust me.

Because he'll end up losing visitors' traffic and will increase its bounce rate. If you are going to have an adult video tube website, you need to host all videos or having access to video files. Never ever embed adult videos in your website.

I have done that before when I have sex videos on my website, the original video owner asks me to remove my content, and also my web hosting company also told me to do that or else they will remove my website, and also their lawyer will file a lawsuit.

I just said okay I will remove it but I just keep the link hidden and after a few days post it again lol... You can only do that in 3rd world country its safe but for other countries maybe you will go to jail.

But don't worry if your hosting company mail you about copyright it means you already bank for it, you will know it when you have a lot of viewers on your site, maybe your site is in the top 10 of google search just like mine, by the way in my website they can watch previews and if they continue they will click a link which goes to surveys and it works before and I think it will still work today.

Good luck mate

no, you don't have to host the file, you'll grab the mp4 video file from an external source. You will never host or own the video inside your domain.

If you host videos then you'll need to go for vps offshore hosting

The fact that you are adding that disclaimer means that you are very well familiar with the fact that you are "sharing" copyrighted content w/o proper permissions. You will end having more issues that without the disclaimer (#Fact)

What you can do is to go with offshore hosting provider, and since 9 of 10 don't allow adult content on shared hosting you will have to opt for VPS.
At least you wont have to worry for your privacy :D

Yeah, that's my first time that's why I host it on the preview but not the whole video but still not good to host it.

The best DMCA complain we have receive this month is about a screenshot of a room with curtain and part of model's leg.
We could not figure what the DMCA is for... the curtain or the leg part.. I guess is the only model with legs or curtains :D

Add a disclaimer promising if the real owner of the video wants that video down, you will do it inmediately.

That's the last thing you should worry about. Because when you'll start having complains means you are already making money so deleting few vids won't affect your business. Also OVH, Soyoustart or other European datacenters that don't care too much of the US laws will help on long term ;)

True. Don't worry about copyright complaints when you don't get big organic traffic. Complaints always come when you start getting good traffic and money. I lost couple of blogspot sites like that. Now i bought own domain and use DMCA ignoring hosting. But getting organic traffic to new domains takes years

That's so true, I have my new domains for more than 6 months, built some backlinks on them but the traffic doesn't want to show up :)
