Adsterra are scammers. Beware!!!

Adsterra sent me an email that my traffic is suspicious that I should send proof of traffic which I did.

Is been 3 days and am yet to see my next payment schedule, each time I contact them they'll give me the same response that their traffic department is still monitoring my traffic.
I was supposed to get paid today but few days ago they removed the payment schedule for 16/17th.

They stole my $387, I guess they were waiting for me to accumulate $500 before closing the account, scammers.

Today they closed my account without a valid reason.

Are there any advertiser here?
They say they do refund advertisers, how true is this?
 
Lots of similar threads like this one on Forum. Many people have had bad experience with this network.
 
had similar experience with them and other paying sites. outside lead shaving, they randomly close your account citing ' suspicious activity'. they simply just don't want to pay anyone
 
I hope this gets resolve, because I have heard about them and thought about testing there stuff out but this doesn't seem good.
 
Working very long time with them, I had similar problem, but after they tested out they confirmed that everything is fine.
Never had any other problems. Maybe it's because my account whose created at 2016 years. Do you check your traffic? Sometimes
you can get ddos attack or some moron is clicking on ads, maybie competitor? In my case I had some person clicking on ads.
 
What type of traffic were you sending? It seems somewhat shady for them to shut down accounts without a thorough reason.
and 2 weeks for investigation is a way 2 long if you ask me. They could have at least restricted withdrawals during their inquiry instead of straight up banning accounts.

Did you accounts get suspended during the process?

Advertisers get refunded from CPA networks if what they present is not satisfactory.

They all have their own algorithm as to what is satisfactory but the parameters for all of them are inside a reasonable percentage.

I got 5-6k clicks to dating startling, zero conversions. My other traffic source converts 1/10. Adsterra just zero. I asked for a refund of the unspent amount which is $93. Took them about 30 days to send it back. When depositing it took them a day, when refunding took a month lol. Pure bots traffic. Even popunder traffic from other networks converts better. Here it was their social bar (like banners) traffic and its a total waste. Happy they at least sent a refund after a month. Never again will I try their traffic.

No they just stopped my payment, I explained that I'm working with them very long time
and I don't have point on fraudulent traffic, that my traffic is legit. I asked them of IP`s
addresses for fraudulent traffic, offered them full cooperation of giving all screens
and etc to prove that I`m right.

After one week they sorted out and I'm continue working till this day. I earned from
them a lot of money.

Maybie new accounts is on very big spyglass, I don't know just saying from my experience.
 
I've been using them for the past year but right now, I'm earning less & less.

Same website, same traffic. Shame because I like them.

My earnings lower as well, my best years whose 2019... I tested ton of ad
networks, none of them paid more. and a lot of networks won't accept adult traffic.

My best results is for mobile small banners.
