Adskeeper Does not pay publishers?

Hi guys,
My payout was approved since 30 of may at adskeeper, but am yet to receive the payment
I have sent them mails to [email protected], but no replies
My 255$ is just hanging there, i hope they are not scam?

They said the problem is from my PayPal, that I can only receive payment through my website, do you guys have any idea on how I could resolve it?
