I would say :
You have rehashed my Micro Niche Strategy.
Just keep on going , this is not like putting all the eggs in one basket its like learning a chapter of Online Money Making.
Use CTR theme it will improve your revenue.
You can sell these sites just multiply its monthly earning with x 5-10
It will become an asset to you when the sites will start earning.
By the way can you tell me that when you checked the keyword in traffic travis then what did it showed i.e easy keyword or relatively easy?

I think 8 of the 11 were "relatively easy," basically I dodged anything of medium difficulty and above. I also cross checked them with SerpAttacks and they were all under 30 in difficulty on the default setting.

Very good strategy, keep it up
This is what I spend a lot of my time on. I look for words with a high cpc and what I think will be low competition. This is where I may be ignorant, I'm not looking for a term with an EMD or zero competition. Every KW term has a little, but with time I believe I will be able to top 3 them.
I've found no real secret to finding profitable niche's. I just set out 90 mins per day for researching potential markets.
And yes, it's the free version, just got a MS trial, looks good.

One of the most profitable days to date, CTR was huge. Makes me scratch my head though, the day previous had been a dud with a 2.5% CTR, I think adsense might take a couple of days to even out it's stats.
Good News: Woke up this morning and my Disappeared pages had returned! Took a couple of weeks but they're ranking high. Must have been a dance.
New Ranking Stats;
Site 1: # 2
Site 2: # 10
Site 3: # 15
Site 4: # 15
Site 5: # 21
Site 6: # 28
Site 7: # 32
Site 8: # 42
Site 9: # 48
Site 10: # 75
Site 11: # 575 (Turns out I optimised for the wrong KW term)
Very positive. Going to do the same again this week and see if it pushes them up further.

Huge CTR from such a small amount of views; I am personally around 0.5-1% CTR (from much more traffic as one site is 250+ uniques/day)

Very impressive that you're getting not only that many impressions ranking low, but you're getting clicks worth a lot of money. Is there any reason for you to be afraid of adsense banning you? It doesn't look like you're doing anything wrong...
Well I'm doing everything by the book so far, saying that, I'm getting someone else to setup another adsense account just to be safe.
The only "edgy" thing about the sites is the fact they're Adsense orientated.

Things seem to have settled down around $7 the last couple of days. This is expected due to the fact the monetized blogs are still in the same ranking spots.
However,
Good news: The site which was ranked #21 is now #9. Just added adsense and my views/clicks have gone up 30% today. The term is just about twice as popular as the one I have ranking at #2.

In the last week or so I've been somewhat guilty of sitting back and admiring the sites. No real change on the ranking front, one of the pages I want to stick an affiliate program on is #11 so hopefully it can be bumped onto the front page soon.
Did 6 rounds of SEO in the style I did earlier (same sites, different accounts) so it'll be interesting to see any changes in the next couple of days.
Going to do some manual commenting on high PR pages now to mix things up.
That's about it.

Review: Day 45 of 135: 332 Views, 38 Clicks, $29.14, 11.45% CTR
I've now got 15 sites, 4 are ranking in the top 10 (#1, #2, #3, #10)
A couple of important observations:
1) I have shifted my focus from "Top 10" to number one in the rankings as it grabs you 40% of the searches. I never really acknowledged the importance until I got there. The current #2 site will easily be worth $10-$15 a day when it reaches number one.
What I'm seeing: One site at number one = 4 sites at #2 = 6 sites at #3 = 15 sites at #8!
With that in mind, I'm going to focus on ranking 7 of the sites to the number one position.
2) Look for similar variations in keywords. For instance the term "Buying used cars" and "buy used cars." I'm finding, although I aim for one, I'll automatically rank highly for the other. This can multiply your potential target income if you keep this in mind when choosing a niche. Along the same lines, "Coffee beans" also ranks well/easily for "coffee bean."
Yesterdays total was pretty high, I'm averaging about $20 a day with a CTR of 7.5%
Pretty much repeated the plan as before, threw in a few xrumer blasts/ blog comments and it all seems to be going in the right direction.
