It only takes one ban, then they haunt you whenever you try to rejoin and they are super careful about footprints :) I try from time to time to get an account up with them but for me affiliate sales work and seem more stable than adsense :)

I'm long time with them, maybe they will not ban me that easy.

It`s not all that hard to keep safe, I do have blogs with steady organic traffic to use adsense on. On one of them I even use media.net, the bing alternative to adsense.. but I did screw up at some point some 13 years ago or so.. I was young and stupid :) seems that the mistakes I made then haunt me today too..

Yeah but there are always methods you can escape from footprints and be careful.

Use TOR browser, VPS server to log in for an extra layer and never use or log into any Google product or service. That is too much for me dow, but should work.

TOR is instant red flag on Google's system. Any click from TOR exit nodes is invalid click on adsense too.

my adsense account was banned years ago, even until now

I can't get a new account...

Using a VPS defeats the purpose of using the TOR browser. VPS eliminates your anonymity from those that care enough to find you.

Here is their standard email to me:

Publishers may not implement Google ads in a manner that disguises the ads in any way. In order to maintain a good user experience, it is important for publishers to clearly distinguish Google ads from site content. This includes, but is not limited to: site layouts in which the ads push content below the fold on mobile devices; placing 300x250 or larger ad units above the fold on a mobile optimized site.

I do the bolded part on sites that I use for spamvertising as they are churn and burn and I know I'll eventually get banned.
I use this format, not been banned on my new account yet.. but will this result in eventual ban? (title = site name) (headline = article headline)

after the 336x250 comes the article

Google does not have a strict standard of spacing of Adsense advertisement in a pixel. The purpose of the 'adequate spacing' terminology is so that users do not confuse navigation elements or content of your website with advertisements.

Ikr, somewhere I read that its not allowed to put a 336x250 below headline.
Different people, different opnions.

I know people that have been banned on their first warning. There's not really a set amount allowed, just depends on various factors I'm assuming.

I personally have five site level - (4) content related and (1) ad placement related.
