Adsense units, what worked best for you?

Currently i'm using unit sizes:

980x120
336x280
300x250
and the new popup ad box on mobile (footer ad).

and making a bit of money from them - What ad sizes did you use for best outcome?

I've noticed US traffic boosts my profits, my targeted traffic (UK traffic) is quite a poor turnaround for profits.

But here's what you can do. I think it may be a good idea to do some split testing, let's say for 2 weeks up to one month. If you are using a medium 300×250 rectangle format on your site, probably you can replace that unit with a large 336×280 rectangle. Similarly, try squeezing in a wide skyscraper in place of that 120×600 Skyscraper that you may be having on your site.
