Adsense rejected - Valuable Inventory: Scraped Content

I am trying to get approval of adsense for my website https://100offdeal.online but i always get notifications of policy violation Scraped Content. I have shared udemy free courses on my website. My all other competitor websites are working with google AdSense.

How would you advise me to get a site like mine approved for ads?

Are your other sites under a different publishing account? Your trying to create a new one, or publish under existing?

Sorry I misread you, Your saying your competition has adsense. They probably have another blog that's approved, and they have just used the adsense code on this new project.
