Adsense - Problem to verify my identity using my original Documents

Dear Experts, I have a pin verified Adsense account, that is linked with my youtube channels.
My problem is, not able to verify my identity using my original documents like passport and driving license. and i exceeds limits by using the same documents also used additional chance that is given by youtube. but my adsense account not banned and my youtube earning reflect on adsense account.
My question is
Will they give additional chance to verify my identity? if yes, How long they will take to reset my limits?
Is there anything else i need to do to verify my identity?
