That is not true, at least in my country. You get premium account if you earn $10k a month.

It's real. Depending on the country their is a earnings requirement to enter. Once in, you get exclusive rates.

yes its true. you get ads from premium advertiser... so you end up making more plus you have more control on the looks and feels of the ads too...

This question isn't stupid at all. Some of us knows it's now real. Hopefully, i'll get into the system of adsense prmium account holders.

For websites with 20m pageviews per month may happend.Google invites you to the premium account.Only big websites can get it.
