I am looking for someone interested in an adsense JV. I can search for a good kw and build a decent wordpress site for it.

I can write good unique articles for the site and keep it updated regularly. I need someone to help in seo stuff.

Therefore, we can develop a good looking, regularly updated adsense website and flip it thereafter, and move on to next.
