Adsense issue with one computer

I have a site that I am having the Google search console login normally via my computer but the adsense account of that site belongs to my friend (under his name) and I do not login to that AdSense account via my computer . Moreover, I have my own name adsense account which is for another site in the same computer as well that I log into GSC of my friends site. Does google links Google search console with the AdSense account ? do they track it ?

I have 2 Adsense account ,one is my main gmail account from 2008 ,another one is new one ..both login using same pc but different browser ..I have no problem, but note the account is registered in different name and address not 1 person on 2 different adress

Google isn't NSA ,don't believe everything you read on internet ...but the key point is to understand what they saying in their policy ..
