Adsense how to add a user to just one website

My brother started his website a few months ago, now when he started to receive traffic he wants to integrate Adsense on his website. Since he is not old enough he can't have his own Adsense account.
So I will add his website to my account.

Is there a way to add a user on Adsense which will have access only to one website?
So, in this case, he will only be able to see earnings and impressions only from his website. Is this possible?
