This kind of thing could also work in kind of cross-cookieing funnel arrangement, where you are using eBay and another network in tandem. Set up eBay auctions page that links to your info site, but that site also cookies you for the same item available on the other 'affiliate B' network. Or click the big link to affiliate B to launch the cookie.
Same thing can happen in reverse---Set up affiliate B pages that links to your info site, but that site also cookies you for the same item available on eBay. Or click the big link to your eBay auction to launch the cookie. Nice thing about this is technically you could argue you're not violating the TOS of either network by using traffic from one to cookie stuff the other.
