This is what ebay says about linking to other pages , there is nothing wrong with linking as long as you are not selling, so why not set up hundreds of Ebay accounts put something really popular like Ipod etc and link them all to your adsense site and hey presto easy money , and you are not scamming anybody because you do not put up a valid method of payment , so they can win the article but cannot pay for it , so they do not lose anything , and you win with your ads.

Links Policy

eBay allows sellers to place the following types of links in your item's description:

* One link to a page that further describes the item being sold in that listing
* One link to your email address that opens an email client for potential buyers to ask questions about the item in that listing
* Links to photos of the item for sale
* Links to your eBay (including your eBay Shop) listings
* Links to your About Me page (in addition to the About Me icon already provided by eBay)
* Links that provide credits to third parties
* One link to your listing terms and conditions (providing that the most relevant information is within the listing itself and that this page does not include any links off of eBay)

If you have a logo for any of these links, it may be no greater than 88x33 pixels and it may not flash or otherwise move. (The exception to this guideline is links to your eBay listings). Linking to Web sites that offer to trade, sell, or purchase goods or services, or including links for any purpose other than those listed above is not allowed. Prohibited links include, but are not limited to:

* Links to Web pages that offer to trade, sell or purchase goods or services outside of eBay. This applies whether it is a static URL or an active link
* Links to Web sites or pages offering merchandise is not permitted on eBay
* Links to sites that solicit eBay User IDs or passwords from buyers
* Links that encourage buyers to place their eBay bids through a site other than eBay

lol, nice find, I have got a link in a few of my listings that say click here to view my other items and they are EPN links :D

this is an interesting idea. ......

Some guy told me

he was making epn commissions by

auctioning an Iphone

puting a description on a page and then

having a big link that says go back to auction with his affiliate link =)

hi johnypro , thats roughly the idea i was talking about , multiply that by loads of accounts and job , done , now if we could get an ebay account bot builder , that would be even easier

I've got to say.... that is brilliant, damn brilliant.

Guys....

Taking people off eBay and then back on via an affiliate link no longer works. I do like the AdSense idea though. I used to make several thousand a month doing it but they have ceased supporting this type of "round-tripping".

hi wolfmmiii, do you mean ebay or adsense does not support this "round-tripping" because , it is irrelevant who supports what , because first you get the good backlinks from ebay , and secondly you get page impressions and some good clicks if it is done well , and who cares if ebay bans you because you are using disposable accounts , just use TOR to register so you dont get your IP logged by ebay.

I was referring to cashing in on the EPN network by round-tripping. The AdSense idea is a cool twist though. Since EPN made their changes a few months ago, round-tripping no longer works - they simply do not pay out commissions on "round-tripped" traffic.

Do these techniques get ppl banned from EPN / Adsense?

These are great ideas.

:D

Not if you spread it over multiple accounts and don't over do it.

If you keep your operations small at first and grow them slowly over time it will be very difficult to get found out.

add double meta refresh to this idea ?? is it work ?

are you allowed to post you EPN link in your sales page...?

How can they tell your traffic is 'round tripped' when the referrer is just your site? or do they go to your site and see the.. "Click here to go back to the auction" part?

What about a double meta refresh as stated? I haven't done any epn just yet--- but would they ban you if all your traffic is blanked?

No, this is against TOS. Some people did this a lot and made some good money, but they are really starting to crack down.

Doesn't this just shut down the idea then? Or am I totally misunderstanding this...

egay have now introduced an open session cookie so if the user already has come from ebay then the referal wont count because the user is already with an open ebay account so the round trip thus doesnt work anymore- this is only a recent addition from egay

Hey question to anyone---

How long does that open session cookie last?

Does it only work if they are coming from ebay.com as the referrer?

I couldn't put adsense ads in my ebay descriptions. I'm not sure how you guys are doing it, but it;'s not working for me.
