AdSense Earnings Low In October [Help]

My earnings and RPM have been lower this month for some reason. I've noticed pageviews are the same if not better, CTR is around the same, but the CPC is a little lower which has made for a lower RPM. Could the fluctuation be seasonal? Due to the election season? Is anyone else noticing lower earnings this month? Please let me know, thank you

Someone was saying the same thing about Amazon traffic, clicks and sales... don't know if it is related but it is another data point. When I used to run a blog with Adsense and aff links this would be the calm before the holiday storm but not knowing your niche it is hard to say if you site would suffer from the same thing as mine did.
