Adsense duplicate

I have an issue with Adsense connecting to Ezoic as Adsense says I have a duplicate account. I have closed what I know of to no avail. I have been told there is no fix, does anyone have a workaround for this, or am I never getting approved? My website is https://homemadewinerecipes.co.uk which is hosted with Ezoic.

Last thing you want to do is post your site url here. Ask them to delete ezoic account and then create a new one.

How do I remove the link to the website?
If I remove my Ezoic account will I lose my current earnings? (not much at the moment)

I had the same issue, so I closed the old one and opened a new adsense account with a different email. after a couple of weeks after failed attempts to get adsense approval with the new account. I closed the new one and reopened the old one (the one I had the issue with). Surprisingly it's working as usual, still no approval tho
