Adsense disapproved me again.

Try to make a channel on youtube with some authentic videos and then try to sign up to adsense from youtube admin panel.

First lean to do <html> or <xhtml> then learn about inner links,outer links and broken links, then learn about legal statement and declaration,
know lean how to add images that are light weight like .png or .gif
know add a good strong <title>tag and meta description information (just helps for google indexing)
know add your website information usually 1200 words written unique, in the <body of your page,know add one main keyword in the <h1> header
then half way down mention another keyword in a <h2> header tag,
know with css add your adsence in the correct position (you can add 3 adverts on one page)

image top and wide ((explains who you are or what you are.))
links (to inner page example home,page1, page2, site map, contact me)
body (quietly written article about your website or item or service, (add header of main keyword once in a <h1>) (add another <h2> somewhere in middle of of the article) )
links bottom (legal notice, declaration )
css (position adsence adverts (you can use three adverts it allowed) )
that should help or give you good base to go on.....
DO NOT SIT AROUND AWAITING OLD ADSENCSE TO BE GIVEN BACK TAKES MONTHS SOMETIMES YEARS...
Do not give up adsence can earn you serious money.

Correct me if I'm wrong, I don't think this will give you a Non-Hosted adsense account. Will it?
