Adsense Disabled my account HELP

It's kind of stupid since they listed nearly every reason under the sun..... And ALL of them were completely FALSE. I filed an appeal and have not heard anything for about 5 days. Never from a human.

I did not receive my March payout roughly 6k and april I assume is gone too. Based on current traffic levels it was going to be at least 6k if not 9 or so.

What I find humorous in it, is they say I violated 87 things yet lock me from my dashboard and ALL historical data. Then sent some canned response about the "money" being refunded to the advertisers. So either thats a lie OR they return the money and the advertiser got FREE conversions.

Any help in contacting a real person at adsense? Advise? Anything?

Did you used any blackhat method to increase your conversions? tell the truth...

Banned.
Do not expect to get the account back or getting paid.
If they refunded advertisers - means they refunded advertisers, even if you did bring them some conversions.

What are the reasons and what were you doing?

If they're saying you have 87 infractions, I doubt you'll be getting your payments or your account reinstated. People struggle getting their accounts back with 1-2 infractions.. let alone 87.

Whatever you were doing whether it be your methods of traffic or the way you had your ads setup on your site, I would suggest just making the necessary changes and doing it the right way.. and if you're not going to do it the right way, atleast be a little more slick about whatever it is you were doing.

All my traffic is legit email based traffic. 99.99% us based. No honestly no blackhat methods used.
This is what I recieved. It is absolutely undeniably not true in any way shape or form.

I host sites with current events viral junkfood type content. No porn, no games, no redirects..... I'm sure it's an error... There just needs to be a human to see the appeal, or look into it.

If they listed them all, most probably you had at lest one.

Ohh ok. It kind of sounds like they've made up their mind. Typically when networks ban your account, the chances of them reinstating it and getting paid is less then 10% - I can't really say why it is they closed it though, as I don't know exactly what you had going on. Do you have a long history with them? If so, then you might have a chance on getting it back.. but if its not an old account, and you don't have solid proof to show them that everything was on the up and up, then you might just have to charge it to the game and start over. It sucks, but it happens.

I have had that account since 2013. Back to the drawing board. At least its not like all my emails lists went missing.

Well that's a plus, a 6 year old account has a long track record and history. You probably can use that as part of pleaing your case if you manage to appeal it. I know their is a way to talk to someone via live chat as I've done it in the past. This was approx 18 months ago, but I'm sure it's still available if you dig around and look. They usually can only discuss so much with you though via the live chat, and then they'll make a note on the account and have someone reach out to you. Atleast that's how it worked for me. I was dealing with a different situation though, it wasn't regarding getting banned. Good luck though, I hope you get it back. And like you said, atleast you still have your data. Maybe try using a different network next time... G is pretty strict.
