Adsense deactivated Channel

Hi in 2022 i create an adsense account but due to inactivity It was deactivated (i not confirmed the PIN or identity)
Now Google let me create a new adsense account ( i don't rember that i had An old account) can this lead to a ban?
Because technically i have 2 accounts (One is deactivated).

When you are ready to monetize again, you should be able to link your new channel from the Earn tab and YouTube Studio to the AdSense to reactivate it.I am pretty sure that if it is deactivated for inactivity, then reactivated, you don't need to do the pin verification again.
