AdSense and Webmaster accont overlap

Hi I have two AdSense approved accounts. I have a tutorials site which is currently webmaster with first Gmail account, for some reason I do not want to use AdSense from that Gmail account.

Now do you think google will penalize me if I use AdSense from second account on this site, or should I remove webmaster property from first account.

Please suggest.
