You can try Ezoic for small sites, they have lower requirements than AdSense and pretty good support. However, site speed is affected if not configured properly
 
there are pop ads programs with benefits/conversion more perfect than adsense,try make research in pop ads network and choose the good one for your operation.
 
I just got my first payment from Adsterra. Small $25 through PayPal. That doesn't mean I recommend them, but I got paid.

Check out Ezoic — it's a solid Adsense alternative with lower requirements (used to be 10k/month but now even less with their Access Now program). They actually pay, have decent RPMs, and good support.


Other options worth testing:


  • RevenueHits – decent for niche traffic, but not great for high-tier GEOs.
  • PopAds – easy approval, pays on time, works well if you're okay with pop-unders.
  • Media.net – works best for US/UK traffic, lower entry bar than Mediavine.
  • HilltopAds – works for low-traffic sites, pays weekly.
  • PropellerAds – mixed reviews but decent if you're okay with push/pop formats.

Honestly, anything with low requirements comes with tradeoffs (usually lower RPMs or more aggressive formats). Just stay away from shady networks that delay or refuse payments.

You can try ezoic, they are reliable also and pay on time.
 
I tried Monteag but it was waste of time, they gave me money around 20$ for 3 months even that I had a lot of traffic but then they took my money like a payment and I get none. If anyone has still any recommendation, please do not hesitate to write.
 
I got so tired of the middle man that I chose to do my own thing. It’s more hands on but the profit is 100% in comparison to penny’s on the dollar.
