Adsense Account disabled without traffic or clicks how possible?

I had an adsense account that haven't been in use for over a year now, i had like $10 dollars finalize earnings in this account. This morning i received a message that my account has been disabled for invalid activity how is this possible.....

Note:
This account has not been in use for over a year.
This account doesn't have any domain or site connected to it.
Obviously this account have not receive any clicks too.

What can i do to get this account back, please help me with suggestions and ideas i am just tired and frustrated right now.

But how come? There was no clicks or traffic. So how come i got disabled for invalid activity

invalid activity can mean so many things. Maybe for them having a dormant account is an invalid activity.

Its also illegal to bound google adsense account and not use it for years. I also got UK account banned 1 year ago. Contact to google team on twitter may be they sorted out or make new one.

Dormant? My Adsense account was inactive for 3 years but still alive when I decided to use it again

Do you have any other (disabled) Adsense account? They might have linked them together.

Maybe this could be the reason, i have another account that was recently disabled for invalid traffic. Is there anything I can do to enable this account again? I tried to appeal but was rejected.

The issue is that a person is allowed to have one account only, at least as far as i know. If they suspend one account for invalid clicks and they find out, that you have another account, that gets disabled too. I don't see too much chance to get it re-enabled unfortunately.

Having two accounts is against the rules in itself, it appears you were able to get away with it for a while, but when one account got disabled, they found your other one and regardless that account was clean, it was disabled too, because everyone is allowed to have one account only.
