It's being worked on now and should be resolved shortly.
Measures are also being taken to prevent it from recurring.

It's been working normally for me for a while.

We're having our traffic re-routed through another connection and the old route may be dropped soon. Some people may not be able to connect then until the DNS propagtes (length of time for that to happen depends on your ISP).

Same here. Gateways not loading and 504 on the main site. Loads sometimes but very slow.

There does always seem to be problems with adscend maintaining reliable uptime. They are lucky there are no viable competitors, or I'm sure some people would leave them.

This is what I got from support 30 minutes after the problems started.

Sorry about this, we are aware of the issue and are working on it. Server should be back up shortly.

At least I covered the traffic expenses but the site was useless during the "rush" hours :S

If you are still experiencing technical problems don't tell everyone it's fine. I left my prepaid traffic hit your 404 page over night thinking the servers were up and running again which resulted an a $150 loss. Not happy at all.

Yeah very annoying, it also seems more like a DDOS then anyting else.
