Yes your ads can get rejected in the review stage. Its important to upload all the correct documents. In saying that I would highly recommend buying aged fb accounts, theres companies that will help get your accounts unbanned or give you new accounts if permantely banned

Recently Facebook is scanning, the rejection rate is very high. Do not delete camps that refuse. appeal + wait to see the results. If the rejection rate is high, you can try changing to another account to test (review the content/images). Avoid many violations. or update new images/content

You should review your ad to see if it violates Facebook's platform policies. If so, you can blur it or write the content differently. most rejections are due to violations of those platform policies

So the account has been scanned by FB, sometimes the problem is not due to the camp but your account. But the account error is something you cannot avoid and cannot handle in any way.
