FB bot may have assessed violations in your campaign. You can try turning off ads and waiting
usually bro lol, just delete rejected ads and setup new one. change thumb photo as well

Please review and edit your content for any violations and try creating a new ad again. Sometimes I just create a new ad and it gets approved

These errors mainly come from your images and content, they all violate FB's policies, so they are rejected during review.
