If you are running ads in your country(If your ads are intended for other countries,try using a proxy from one of those countries),try searching on Google with the keywords of your ads.Do your ads appear in the search results?
some account in about few hour, few acount about 1 day.

check the keyword status. If one of the statuses is 'we don't know bla bla bla', try raising the CPC. If it's still the same, delete the keyword or recreate the ads. because that fuckin manual reviewer finally reach at your doorstep.
