Hi, I have a problem with Google Ads and I can't find a solution. Google support is not helping me either.

I have a website that for some reason Google Ads can't scan. Everything works, but when I paste the URL, Google Ads doesn't launch the ads because it says the URL can't be scanned (weird). Now I can't change the content of the webpage, so I'm looking for a workaround.

Did anyone have a similar problem and how did they fix it?

I was thinking of redirecting with a URL shortener, but that doesn't work either.

You might be blocking Googlebot some how. Or your website is so badly coded that Google cannot read it. Hard to know what the problem is without the URL

You can try to open it on another platform first or check if your ip address is clean

Check Robots.txt and Meta Tags: Make sure that your robots.txt file or meta tags aren’t blocking Googlebot or any other crawlers. You can use the Google Search Console to test how Googlebot sees your site and make adjustments if necessary.

This issue can only occur if the Google Bot is unable to access your site. If you’re using a firewall, check its settings to make sure it’s not blocking the Google Bot or Google’s ASN. If you’re not using a firewall, it’s possible that your site has a restriction on crawling in the robots.txt file.

Developer may have blocked the bots to crawl the website.

Yes check server firewall and .htaccess files to make sure Google ips or crawler isn't blocked.

Do you use cloakers or anti-clickers?

Please go to the advertising section to see if it says you are eligible. If you are eligible, you need to wait for it to happen for maybe 1-2 days. If it says you are not eligible, what is the reason? You can send a picture to help. Friend

try using the google search console to crawl your site first

This could be for several reasons. Check the following points carefully—it's most likely one of them.

The site is down or unreachable for Googlebot (server or hosting issues).
Googlebot is blocked in the robots.txt file.
The site uses tricky tech like heavy JavaScript, making it hard to crawl.
CAPTCHA or bot protection is getting in the way.
HTTPS errors or a messed-up SSL certificate.
Bad redirects (loops or broken URLs).
The page takes forever to load.
The site might have sketchy or malicious code.

Ask the website developer and SEO specialist for help—they can fix any of these issues.
