Ads Account Error

Hey, I'm running ads like for a month and in between I just changed the payment card details. Yesterday I received a message like "Pay your outstanding payment" for continuing ads but I couldn't able to pay because some error is coming up as "We were still unable to charge your Facebook Ads account". I don't know what I need to do. Even one of my payment is in processing status for 2 days. Kindly someone help me regarding this.

Maybe there is issue from your bank/card, try with another card to check if it works or not.

No issues or messages showing up.... Everything is clear only in Ads Manager the delivery column shows as Account Error.
