I have got your PM, but I can't reply you, well sir i have downloaded and installed
Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86) but its still not working, I am on Windows 8.
 
You need this program to run bots "Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86)"

The message says that the program needs the Microsoft.First, make sure you program works on the device.Second possible your computer needs to be updated for the Windows version.
