Adding other FB group members to your own FB group

Hello,

Firstly , admin please if this isn't in the right section move it to the appropriate place as i didn't know where to post this.

So i was wondering if this is possible for example, there is alot of groups in my country with 100k+ members in them, and i was wondering weather if its possible to somehow add them to a existing group ? However i do not have admin rights to those 100k + groups, so was wondering weather if its possible?

One thing you can do is get the group emails scraped and then send them an invitation to join your group.

You will not be sending them emails. Use the email invite option on FB groups.
Not sure if this is legal.

Or, develop own system if you want to do on large scale.
