Adding other FB group members to your own FB group

Hello,

Firstly , admin please if this isn't in the right section move it to the appropriate place as i didn't know where to post this.

So i was wondering if this is possible for example, there is alot of groups in my country with 100k+ members in them, and i was wondering weather if its possible to somehow add them to a existing group ? However i do not have admin rights to those 100k + groups, so was wondering weather if its possible?

You will not be sending them emails. Use the email invite option on FB groups.
