Adding Intros and watermarks

Good Afternoon,

Is there tool out there that can add an Intro and watermarks to mass videos automatically?

Note: The intro is already made its just a 4 second video file that I would like to add at the beginning and the end of the videos.

Iv been searching and I don't think I found what I'm looking for. There's always the option of using WMM or Sony Creative Software that's already on my computer. I'm just looking for automation for 100's of videos. Maybe the Sony software already offers this and I missed it? Anyway's any input would be greatly appreciated.
