Adding friends in FB?

So i figured out how to get other people to add you, via mafia wars and farmville and other Add me groups. But i don't get enough friends, only 20-30 per post in group.
The thing is i don't know how to safely add other friends. I know that there is and option to harvest email addresses on internet and add them via txt file. But i don't get enough emails harvested and it would look suspicious if i overdo it.
So what is safe way to add friends?

1. If you will post your respective email id of respective facebook profile in 80 mafia wars add me group, then per day you will get 200 friend request

2. If you are not interested in that, then you can just copy and paste email address from mafia wars topic .

Just go to google.com and enter
site:facebook.com "@hotmail.com"
open cached page and grab them all with this soft Atomic Email Hunter

Then per day upload 500 email address through find friend invite feature, in 15 days you will get 5000 friends in your facebook profile.

But i am interested in adding friends with some kind of script, that will add friends from specific group or something like that.
I think that uploading txt files multiply times will look suspicious, but if you guys do it and don't get caught then i will try it.
