Adding fans on the fanpage

I am looking for a tool to add fans to a fanpage and likes post, e.g. program, script, website.

I use smm panels but often you have to wait a long time to start adding fans or likes.

I care about how they have in smm panels only I need such a Facebook program only for fans and likes.

Do you have any proven methods or tools that work?

FB is complex, quality content by shares and groups in the only organic method.

Also getting your first 1K is a big deal
99% of the people that I know that have certain reputation in FB, recommend PPC FB ads (~$0.05 per fan) to get the first 1K fans.

I only care about the quantity.
