The website just added some high-quality backlinks. Is it normal for the ranking to drop?

Explain: high-quality backlinks.
PBN? guest posts? Niche edits?
high-quality backlinks means nothing....

If they are good (I don't question about this, you know what you are doing) it is a google dance.
Please note, during these days/weeks there are many google update(s).
This could be the reason.

Yes. I also noticed that Google has been updating frequently in the past few days, and my site may be affected by this. thank you very much!
PS:
At the same time, I have a doubt:
some competitors I have (ranked on page 1). Through analysis, I found that they basically have no backlinks, or very few backlinks, but their ranking is very high. What is the reason? Is it because of the age of the domain name?
I'm constantly adding backinks, writing articles, and improving the loading speed of my website, but I still can't push my keywords to the 1 page? How can i do it?

It is a dance, nothing more.

they may have hidden PBN links.

Dance is completly random ?

If you build links on a regular basis nothing really looks out of place, as it appears natural. However randomly throwing 100 links here and there isn’t natural looking.

maybe you right. thanks

Numerous threads had reported G dance lately.

As MisterF correctly said... if you all of a sudden throw links at your site, your rankings are bound to drop as google starts evaluating those links.
I have experienced this so many times... as when I start reviving projects by adding links the rankings drop at first and then slowly recover if I continue building links.
On the other hand if your linkbuilding velocity is good then your rankings will slowly improve without major drops.
