Adding Affiliate Program to Wordpress?

I have a wordpress site, and I sell various digital services. I want to offer an affiliate program. Basically what I need is to be able to track the leads people send me, and keep track of their earnings and payment for promoting my services.

My plan is to pay $10/month for every sign-up on my $25 plan, and $15 on my $40 plan.

Any suggestions on an easy way to do this?

What payment gateway are you using or what plugin to sell? You could always just setup a PHP script to keep track of their earnings and pay them manually.

I'm not fluent in PHP, I mean I can stumble my way through editing an existing file in wordpress but coding one from scratch is WAY beyond me.
I'm using paypal as of now but I'm open to using something along the lines of authorize(dot)net or the likes if necessary, I'll probably go that direction anyways tbh.
My client is selling a service that is to be delivered over the phone and also there will be a waiting list that cost a non-refundable deposit to be placed on, affiliates should also be able to take commissions on the waiting list deposit when the immediately available spaces are full (Client can only handle 25-35 customers at a time), along with a commission on the full priced sale when its their turn to come off the waiting list and into service.
I'm having a really hard time finding a software for this, the site is already half built and I still haven't found an affiliate tracking software to use with it (Wordpress site).
I REALLY appreciate any suggestions on this one guys!

any solution for this, I would like to this plan too, for a digital product.

There's one on wpmu dev that looks great, not sure though as I haven't tried it.
