Addiction over Success?

People tend to forget that there are safer alternatives to smoking your weed, like vaporizers or edibles.

If you wanna try edibles, google firecracker recipe (cant post links yet) it's always worked for me when I wanted to take a break from smoking. Yes, the high is different but you get a stronger body buzz. Just be careful with your dosage I'd recommend starting off with a 5 piece of good bud to see what it's like. Them shits can creep up on you an hour or two later you feel nothing and all of a sudden you're high as fuck :44:

Good point. In fact, during the thousands of years that mankind has been using cannabis as a medicinal herb (prior to the U.S. deciding it's so dangerous that it needs to be prohibited and even made attempts to actually eradicate the plant itself from the planet), smoking and incense has only been one of it's many uses. Just as with almost all herbal medicines; cannabis tinctures, poultices, teas, liquors, baked goods, etc. have all been very common throughout history.

Here's a quickie for you, readers:

DMT or LSD?
That's irrelevant and off-topic in a discussion about marijuana. Just as it's a fallacious argument for prohibitionists to bring up how addictive crack or heroin is, to make a point about why marijuana should be prohibited, it's also ridiculous for people in support of or against other drugs to bring those topics into a discussion about marijuana. Whether DMT. LSD, shrooms, opium, heroin, cocaine, crack or crank is good or bad is irrelevant as to whether cannabis has medicinal value or not, and whether it should be prohibited or not.

That's a common misdirection tactic the DOJ is very adept at. Turn a discussion about the pros and cons of a single substance, into a discussion lumping all the disapproved drugs into a single category.

The only valid reason to bring up other drugs in a discussion about marijuana is if you want to show pro or con comparisons to it vs. other drugs. Bringing up other drugs in any other context is either making a fallacious argument, and/or diverting the discussion off topic.

Am I the only one who GOT anxiety as a result of smoking marijuana? Yes I did it recreationally for a while, and at one point I was smoking every night, but then one night I had a huge panic attack out of nowhere right after I smoked a blunt. I never had a panic attack before and I thought I was having a heart attack so I was kinda freaking out. I stopped smoking for a while to see if it would help and then I got some serious withdrawal symptoms during the first week or 2 (yes you can get withdrawal from marijuana, look it up).

Ever since then, I've had anxiety issues and panic attacks. It's a bit more under-control now, but at one point it was pretty bad and I ended up going on Zoloft to help it.

Now I can't even smoke at all anymore because my body immediately makes me feel heavy anxiety right when I do it (I think now it's more of a mental thing and not the marijuana itself, but my mind associates smoking with feelings of panic). Maybe it's for the better that I can't smoke but it still kinda sucks because there are times I want to kick back and relax with a blunt just to chill out.

I'm not anti-marijuana now or anything and I still think it should be legal, but I definitely believe that my anxiety problems go back to smoking a lot. I never once had anxiety before this happened aside from the normal kind that everyone gets at some point.
it depends on the strain you probbaly had a sativa or sativa dominant hybrid which give an upper high

If you can choose to live a more successful life but depend on a pill would yall choose it? here is the thing i have been a hardcore insomniac all my life and it sometimes can really be hard and stop a person from their daily routines, so recently i visited the doc about it and he gave me this strong yet highly addictive pill to take and it makes me sleep like a baby so it would change my life around and allow me to make more out of my day i liked to stay up at night and make some blackhat $$$ but lets face it its not god to stay a night owl through life. BTW. i am giving medical marijuana a chance soon lets see how that goes.

You don't need pills or drugs, the only think you need is sex

Nah it was the same shit I had smoked many times prior and I never had it happen to me. I've tried smoking a few other times since then with different strains and the same thing happened. I think my body is just rejecting it for some reason or another.
