Thing to consider for not getting banned by adsense

1. Have Privacy Page
2. Have Contact Page
3. No More Than 3 ads per page
4. No Auto blogs ( correct me if not )
5 .NO Cloacking ( correct me if not )
6. No more than 1 account
 
Advertise on BHW
9. Don't write "Please click here" on your ads.
 
No site content that violates Big G's general philosophy as listed in their TOS (no porn, no pharma, no hate speech, etc.).
 
10. Don't do too much blackhat stuffs.
11. Don't worry much if eventually your account get banned.
 
10. Don't place pictures to near your ads

Do not make the mistake " Do my ads work ?? Lets click a couple of times so that the adsense dashboard will show the clicks and the CPC " !
 
avoid total shit looking themes and sites with garbage content, the rest you posted looks about right.

You don't really have to worry about this. Goog will not allow it to even happen. You can have 3 ad link and 3 ad boxes on each page.
 
Don't use copyrighted or trademarked material you don't have rights to redistribute ie. videos etc.
 
19. Don't bring any Paid Traffic to your Adsense Site.

20. No Social Media Traffic like Twitter on your Just Made for Adsense site .
 
21: no more than 20 (speed parameter) per every 1000 crowdsourced PTC traffic on mircoworkers
