Currently, I have 5000 pages of product review site with small content.

If i create one backlink from pinterest into every page, then it will be give me to negative ranking or harm in future?

No going to do anything but pinterest going to ban if you spammed them. Those links are nofollow as far as i know.

Yes, this are tag used by pinterest rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"

I will try to create daily 10 to 15 post on each day or twice a day with manual pining.

It will harm in ranking or anything negative in seo?

In my experience no, I currently use Pinterest as a traffic source mainly for multiple sites and E-commerce stores and treat the links I place on there more like a contextual link meaning your doing it more to build relevancy for your brand and to go in line with what would occur naturally with people pinning your posts, products or services. If you use this alongside links from all the other social sites you should be fine, but on its own I'm guessing there are ways for google to become wise to it.

My only advice would be don't over do it, and setup something like Google Webmaster so you can keep track of the new links flowing in from Pinterest.

Just remember its not only Pinterest to worry about, once you pin this can be picked up by thousands of sites that scrape pins or aggregate the content on all kinds of domains around the world and some of these I can see harming things so keep track of where you pins end up in the long run and try disavow anything that looks suspect or is known to cause harm to your domain.
