Hello guys. Having a bit of an issue here. So I got an account with 3k friends( a work account ) and i dont know any of them. Im using it for traffic obviously but as I was spamming add friend - i got a temporary lock on my account. So 2 months it has been temporary locked and if I log in it requests some kind of ID. Naturally the name of the account is bogus so submitting an ID wouldnt work. Sometimes it prompts me to identify the faces of my friends. Just recently I did that using google(finding the names on google and then selecting the right name to the face) . So i think I got all of them right but it still requested me to upload an ID. So to all experts on this matter i ask this: for how long would this annoyance continue?, it says a "temporary" lock so I assume it would end at some point. In case i didnt do the "identify friend" phase correctly, would the account be unlocked if I did ? Is there any other way around so I can access my account ? Oh and Ive cleared browser cache , even tried logging in from different pc's, but to no avail. please help. ty.

It is temporary in the sense that they will unlock the account once you add in the ID they are requesting.

For you, unless you can produce the right ID, it is going to be a permanent thing.

At this point you can find a service that provides and ID or forget this account.

One guy that offers that is a member here @secondeye and here is his site - http://www.secondeyesolution.ru/

Facebook still prompts you to ID verification if you are unable to identify your friends either because you actually get the answers wrong or because you took too long to get them right. You need to have someone else on a different computer on a different account searching the names that come up for each set of photos using Facebook search or, alternatively, login your email account associated with the Facebook account in question and search the names there - if you sent friend requests and got an email notification each time someone accepted it. Or, use both if the names that come up are too common.

If you identify your friends correctly and in the time frame that is acceptable for Facebook - you need to be very quick - you will get your account back with no ID verification. It's very stressful, you may need several tries, but it's doable.

Phew, thank you very much for the replies guys. I'll be getting prepared for facial indetification quiz.
