Add Automatic payment method on ebay

Hello,

I will start to dropship products through eBay but I can't get the ad up without adding an automatic payment method.
I have a Paypal for this account but I don't have any credit/debit cards or bank accounts for it. When I click on Paypal I have to put in a card also.



How can I get rid of this problem?
