Add a separate tab inside the notification bell

Daily I get hundreds of notifications inside my bell, I would loooove to have the option to set them apart between those from forums and threads I am following and those from threads I create and/or when someone replies to me.



Thoughts?

Currently, there isn't a way to manage notifications "inside your bell" https://www.blackhatworld.com/account/alerts as the functionality here alerts you to new messages and isn't really designed to manage them.
There are other options -

2. If you're dealing with "hundreds a day". Send the notifications as emails and manage them with filters - ie use the filter "New thread in watched forum" for one set v's "New reply to watched thread" for example.
