I purchased some adcenter vouchers, I know it's 1 per account BUT you can make up to 5 accounts with the same credit card. How can you do it after the first 5?

I would not create another account. My first account i used several vouchers and ran it up to $1K with no problems.

Would you mind telling me where you got yours from?, I got mine from fiverr and the guy kept saying they only work on new accounts and than max 5 with each cc, pfff.
