Hi there.

I recently made a site which is based around twerking videos taken from YouTube and it started gaining lots of views using various tricks. I tried to monetize via Ad-sense but they said the content was sexual and did not comply with their terms. So, I was wondering if there was any good alternatives like ad-sense that allows sexual content or sites that are related to sexual content in some ways?

If its adult contain from tier 1 countries , try dating affiliate banners

How long does a new site will take to get it approved in any of the ad networks? how much minimum traffic would they expect?

All of them have their own rules in getting approved, I suggest you look up each of the websites if you want to learn more
